1. Make corrections to quiz for 1/2 credit back. Use a separate sheet of paper and write down problems.
2. Get quiz signed.

English:

1. Rough draft for "Best Poem Ever!" is due either on Wednesday or Thursday.
2. Final draft of "Best Poem Ever!" due on Friday, November 6th.

Be sure to include/think about:
1. Getting a good topic.
2. Outstanding vocabulary (word choice).
3. Use figurative language.

Science:

1. Answer one of the following questions on density. You may include a labeled drawing in your explanation. You may answer more than one for extra credit (see Mrs. Boland's website for more info):

1. Give an example of how density affects you in real life or how you see it at work in the real world.

2. Explain why a hot air balloon floats.

3. Using the concept of density, explain why it is important to shake up your Italian salad dressing.
