Christmas time is here! My library is all decorated with my usual holly garland and Christmas trees in the windows. This year, the middle school students made the most beautiful holly decorations featuring a Christmas book and many borders and designs. You have to see how wonderful they look on the treehouse. My new Christmas books are in the hands of the students along with my many other Christmas novels and stories. Also, I wanted to remind my fourth to eighth grade students that the school wide spelling bee will be held on January 4th, 2012. I will be sending the teachers their spelling lists for all the students to practice by grade. Two students from each grade will be participating in our school wide spelling bee. I'm looking forward to it! Well, everyone have a very happy and healthy New Year and of course "Merry Christmas!"
