Buongiorno!
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to you all. My name is Alessandra Cipriani and I will be teaching Italian here at St. Rocco! I have met all the students and have to say I am very excited to work with them this year! I have a great year planned and hopefully they are excited to learn the language. For grades three and four we will be working on Italian Language Books that will eventually include a section on every topic that we will cover over time. When these books are completed I hope to bring them to the children's hospital, and bring a smile to those children's faces. Grades five and six we will be starting with greetings,(below are some flash cards to help students study)alphabet and learning the Hail Mary in Italian. Grades seven and eight I will be introducing the conjugation of people and verbs, and will lead them to become familiar with the structure and formation of full sentences in Italian. Please do not hesitate to email me with any questions or concerns! Remember: you are the children’s first teachers so please be as involved in your child’s learning experiences as possible!!!!
