         WELCOME TO MS. WEINTRAUB'S ROOM!!!

             SEPTEMBER 8TH-SEPTEMBER 12TH

We are continuing to remember to keep hands and feet to ourselves at all times.  We are also learning to use our agendas independently.

REMINDER: Students should be reading at least 20 minutes each night.  When a student has finished a book, he/she needs to put the title of the book and a brief summary on a 3x5 index card and submit them to me.  Each student should read at least 25 books during the school year.

Students are allowed to bring in a small plant, if they wish, to keep on the windowsill.  Students will name their plants, water their plants, and talk to their plants.  Hopefully they will all grow well!!!

REMINDER:  Students are also allowed to keep a water bottle on their desks at all times.  Please ensure that your child brings in a healthy snack for our 10:00 A.M. breaks (i.e. fruit, granola bars, fat free snacks, etc.).  Please do not send cookies, chips, etc. for snacks.
