Its time to renew your WAS PTA Membership or sign-up to support your schools PTA if your have never done so. The cost of membership is ONLY $3.00 per person!!! WAS PTA does not profit from this $3.00 fee. This $3.00 fee goes to the State & National PTA. The $3.00 fee covers our general liability insurance, but mainly it allows us to be included in the NH PTA non-profit group exemption (501 (c) (3)) with the Internal Revenue Service. Without your $3.00 membership fee, we would not be able to stay in business.
Why join WAS PTA?
In the past years, we have sponsored many fundraising events to support afterschool events, purchase school equipment, beautification of the school, individual classroom requests, assemblies, etc. We also donate money directly to the school for transportation needs, class field trips, principal fund, and many more.
Without the WAS PTA, the WAS students would not be able to have these things. Your child(ren) would lose on-going programs such as; Afterschool Sports, Dive-Into-Books, Variety Show, Summer School Program, and many more.
