SchoolNotes.com - Linking Educators to the Community
Dear parents and students,
My apologies for not taking the time to correspond with you on School Notes. Please be advised that I only use School Notes to inform you on major events or on projects that are due. Because I only teach Math and Geography it is difficult to post homework required by the other teachers. School Notes is also another way for you to contact me via email if an issue involving your son or daughter should arise.

WELCOME to the new school year.
Periodically, the middle school teachers meet to discuss issues involving are collective group of students. As we rapidly approach the end of the first marking period, the middle school teachers have a request of parents. Although this message is a general outcry and may not apply to your child, the teachers feel that a message should be sent to all parents. It has come to our attention that students are not taking responsibilty for their homework. In all my years at St. Joseph School, I have never run into this problem on such a wide scale. Please take the time to ask your son or daughter if they have completed their homework. Check to see that they are using the planner you have paid for. Take an interest in what they are doing before it is too late. With your help, this issue can be put to rest and the message you have just read will no longer appear.

Respectfully,
Mr. Houle
