CLASSROOM RULES

1.  The “Golden Rule”, do unto others as you would
have them do unto you, is in effect at all times.

2.  Profanity, threatening language, harassing and
intimidating comments or gestures are expressly
prohibited.
 
3.  Horseplay, throwing objects or chasing students
around the room can result in serious injury and is
not permitted for any reason.

4.  Students shall arrive on time for every class.
Students not arriving on time shall have a valid pass
or be subject to consequences.

5.  All rules outlined in the Student Handbook are in
effect at all times.

6.  Coats and hats shall be removed and not worn in
the class room.

7.  Cell phones and other electronic devices are
prohibited in the classroom environment.  Cell phones
must be turned off (not on vibrate) and out of sight.

THE RULES LISTED ABOVE HAVE BEEN DEVELOPED TO ASSIST
IN CREATING AND MAINTAINING A POSITIVE LEARNING
ENVIRONMENT.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE STANDARDS
WILL RESULT IN PROGRESSIVE CONSEQUENCES AS IS THE
POLICY AT A.I. PRINCE TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL

The football season is under way and the upper class
team has a record of 0-2...The first game was against
Capital Prep...Prince Tech took the opening drive in
for a touchdown with Sammy Resto scoring from the 4
yard line...a Jon Rivera pass to Donovan Evans made it
8-0...the score was 12-8 at the half and stayed that
way until two late Capital scores made the final
24-8...On 9/30 the Falcons travelled to Woodbury for a
game against the Nonnewaug Chiefs...an early kicking
game error put the young Falcons in the hole by a
score of 8-0...The score stayed at 8-0 until late in
the fourth quarter when NHS punched in a score to 
reach the final of 14-0...Much improvement was shown
in the week between games...


The Baby Falcons, the Prince Tech freshmen, lost a
heartbreaker to the Blue Dragons of Middletown by a
score of 28-24...Henry Quintana and C.J. Stevens
scored touchdowns for the 0-1 frosh...

The Falcons lost there first "home" game on Saturday,
October 7, when it hosted Wilcox Tech at Trinity's
Jessee/Miller Field...The Falcons were vastly improved
over the previous weeks but had mishaps inside the 
5-yard line twice, one leading to a 96-yard fumble
return for a touchdown by Wilcox Tech...Final Score:
Wilcox Tech 15, Prince Tech 0...

The frosh team was defeated at Avon by a score of
20-6...

The JV team travels to Coventry to play the Patriots
next Monday, October 16...Kickoff is 3:30 PM...
