Wecome to my web page this has been set up to help us help you as a parent who might has some concerns or questions about Kaynor Tech's Culinary Art's Program or how your son or daughter is doing.I will try to get back to you as soon as posible to set up a phone confrence to answer any questions that you may have.Also periodically I will have some usefull culinary bits of imformation and facts so check in.

Great news Kaynors culinary program was number 1 in the state in sales it's first year open.



Our new dinning room is open to staff and public we are generally open 4 days a week(Tuesday - Friday ) pending on students schedules and weather so please call the schools main number to see if we are open.We also do pick up catering and close the dinning room for large parties up to 50 people and if you have a small busines and would like a menu faxed over when were open please e-mail the number.Thank you Chef Motasky

Culinary parents did you know that you can come in to eat at the reasturant when we are open .

Sanitation revision according to the new serve safe guide lines the new danger zone temperature range is 41 degrees F to 135 degrees F.

Sanitation Fact#1- When recieving fresh shell fish you must hold on to the Bed identification tag for 3 months(hepatitis)

#2-You can only kill bacteria by heat or chemicals

#3- When checking temperature off foods make sure you regerister it crrectly for at least 20 seconds

#4-People are the biggest reasons food born illness occurs(we handle,store,cook and serve the food )Who else can we blame?
