Grading Policy
Major Projects/Tests: 40%
Participation: 25%
(Reflected in a daily grade of 0-10 based on the amount and quality of classwork.)
Sketchbook: 15%
(Daily Do-Nows, Homework Assignments, and Project Planning)
Quizzes: 10% Trimester Assessment: 10% Seniors - Studio Art
Color Spectrum and Symbolism
This cycle, Senior students are learning how to incorporate color symbolism to create mood and meaning in their abstract art. They will also be using the color spectrum to explore the usage of 3-D chromadepth glasses to create a stereoscopic, holographic effect in their artwork.
What's Due?
The end of the marking period for Senior cycle ends on 2/22 so the goal is to get both your Junk Sculpture Projects and Abstract 3-D Paintings completed by that date!
