March is quickly going by, as the freshmen are now in their permanent shop. The seniors are continuing to work and prepare for the upcoming Nocti exam. Students are preparing soda breads in preparation of St. Patricks day. The culinary dining room has been extremely busy. The seniors have finished the 2nd trimester exams, and are currently working on their electronic portfolios.
