Course Descriptions
(7th - Medieval History)
The focus of study will concentrate on Medieval Europe, Asia, Japan, Africa, Latin American, and Renaissance Europe. Students master critical map, graph and chart skills, expand their social studies vocabulary, analyze historical documents, and examine historical events. Students complete research projects, use media and computer technology, and acquire critical thinking skills. Students will be exposed to a variety of historical events and will become aware of their role as a citizen of their family, community, nation and world.
