We hope your child had an exciting Halloween. The children really enjoyed their pizza and wearing their orange and black clothing. We had a lesson on All Saints Day. As we begin November, we will pray for all souls on All Souls' Day.
Pre-K students are completing their fourth letterbook in our Literacy Series. These eager learners are identifying words that begin with each alphabet letter previously learned. Additionally, the children are matching uppercase and lowercase letters. In Math, the children are using what they leared about shapes to create "shape people".
This week, we will be discussing Election Day. The children will understand what an election is when they vote for their favorite snack. The latest Gallop Poll has Oreo Cookies in the lead. Next week, we will be discussing Veterans Day and remembering our past and present Veterans who have served our country.
