We had fun using sequence of events as we wrote about "The Pumpkin That Grew Too Much". The boys and girls are surely developing their speaking skills as they eagerly presented their social studies map projects showing their favorite room in the house and a "Using My Senses" word web to describe a favorite place for a science project. It was pleasing to see their creativity.
The children look forward to game time afternoons because they have an opportunity to team build sentences, unscramble sentences, and work in pairs to sort word families while being timed.
Congratulations to the students at Table #1 for earning the most points in October for our "Math Problem of the Day Contest".
Sincerely,
Miss Rocco ^_^
