Dear Parents,
The third graders did an excellent job on the famous American project.  The children's presentations were well-done, and their costumes were very creative.  Thank you for all you did to prepare your child for this project.
Our saint for February is Saint Blaise.  Saint Blaise is well known for saving a child who was choking on a fish bone.  However, he is also remembered for the comfort he brought to people when they were not feeling well. Saint Blaise loved Jesus so much that he became a martyr.  The third graders will imitate Saint Blaise by being kind to others.
The first Friday Mass was beautiful.  Each child participated and did his or her part perfectly.  I am so proud of the third grade.
                                     Sincerely,
                                     Miss Mangialardi
