Creative Writing:
This week they are finishing their journal entries pretending they're astronauts completing a mission in space. Hopefully all will be published next week. They are working hard and have great imaginations!
Upcoming tests:
Math: Tuesday, November 3rd on chapter 2. Go over text pages 40-75.
Language Arts:Thursday, November 5th singular/plural nouns. Review text pages 88- 95.
Social Studies: Chapter 3 test vocabulary only Thursday,
November 5th
Spelling: Friday, November 6th on commonly misspelled words.
Thank you for remembering to sign and return the test summary sheet given every Friday.
REPORT CARD CONFERENCES
Report card conferences will be on Tuesday, November 17th from 12:30- 4:30P.M.
A letter will be sent home on Wednesday to schedule conferences.
PLEASE speak to your child reminding him/her the importance of being quiet in class and while traveling in the hallways. Some are making a sincere effort, but more effort is needed by all.
