Greetings from Mrs.Pepchinski's class!(Please scroll down and read all my latest news!)
NEWS FLASH
-It has been a fabulous school year! Enjoy your summer vacation, but remember" MATH IS EVERYWHERE!"
REMINDERS:
- Homework is usually graded, therefore, if a child does not bring in the HW on the due date, he/she will will be given a zero grade. The HW grade is calculated based on 10 completed HW assignments that are each given credit on the due date.
- If your child is home sick, he or she is responsible for missed classwork/HW. Encourage your child to call a classmate for details on any missed work especially notes, handouts, and study guides. Since tests/quizzes are posted in advance your child is expected to make them up when he/ or she comes back to school.
-HELPFUL HINTS:
1. Visit my suggested websites--your child can practice their math and have fun too!
2. Encourage your child to review their math notes daily. Be a partner in their education...if they need assistance on a math topic please work with your child.
3. Remind students to make sure that they have all their books/assignments before they set off for school.
4. Occasionally check with your child to see if they are up to date on school supplies.
5. Please check your child's take home folder daily. It might contain important school notices as well as tests and graded assignments that need to be reviewed/signed by a parent.
