Seventh and Eighth Grade Social Studies

Report Cards

Report Cards will be given out on March 20, 2009.

Current Events Journal

There will be a current events journal ias a project for the third trimester. The due date for the project will be given at a later date.

Tests

Students are given adequate notice for tests.
Studying should be done on a daily basis.
Seventh Grade History Test on Chapter 9 on Thursday, February 26, 2009.

Eighth Grade History Test on Chapter 25 on Friday, February 27, 2009.

When chapter assignments are given, students will have 2-3 days to complete the assignment.

7th Grade

This year the seventh grade will study American history from the Colonial Period to the Civil War.

8th Grade

This year the eighth grade will study American history
from Reconstruction to the present.
