The statement for the last payment of tuition for the 2008-2009 School Year was sent out at the end of April and was due by May 5th. For those of you with an outstanding balance to date, additional notices were sent out May 18th and May 27th respectively.
The May 18th correspondence was specifically for the 8th Grade families and requested payment of ALL outstanding balances due MPB School(Tuition/Graduation Fee, Hot Lunch, After School Fees, etc.)so that your child may receive his/her permission slip for the 8th Grade Retreat.On May 27th, a "Second Notice" was sent requesting payment in CASH OR MONEY ORDERS only.
Please make payments in full ASAP so that your children may receive their final report cards.
Special Note to Pre-Kgn/Kgn. families:All financial obligations to MPB School must be addressed if you wish your child/children to participate in the "Moving Up" exercises.

Affiliated families are registered to receive church envelopes and use them weekly. To be considered for the Affiliated Tuition rate you must contribute a minimum of $6/wk. totaling $300 for a calendar year at least ONE CALENDAR YEAR before the 2009-10 tuition year. To become Affiliated with your parish, a family should register at the Church office. If you are NOT a parishioner of MPB Church, a statement of affiliation from your home parish is required.

FUTURES IN EDUCATION GRANTS
Scholarship applications are available online at www.psas.org and are based on financial components including family size, income, assets and other data. We encourage those in financial need to consider applying for aid. PSAS applications must be filed EVERY YEAR...if you have not completed one to date, please do so immediately.

PARENT INCENTIVE PROGRAM(PIP)
If your child has already attended MPB School for at least a year and you bring a new family who registers and attends MPB, we will take $500 off YOUR tuition in October 2009! So please go out and spread the word about our quality education, our supportive faculty and staff and receive some financial relief in the process!***************************************************

Please keep in mind the After School Program is not a transient program. It is an ongoing Program and a registered child must attend at least one day PER WEEK.

Early Bird Breakfast Program currently serves 50 to 60 children per day. Your child could be one of our "EarlyBirders"...safe and ON TIME FOR SCHOOL!
FREE hot nutritious breakfast served daily...doors open at 7:15 a.m. every school day.
The last day of the Breakfast Program is Thursday, June 18th.
