I want to thank all of you for a wonderful school year with your children. They have grown so much since September, both academically and socially. Please remember to read, practice math skills and continue practicing script with your child over the summer so that third grade is an easier transition for them in September.
On another note... I wanted to let you all know that I will not be returning to MPB next year. This was a very hard decision for me, as there will be many changes to the school, teachers moving to different grades,classrooms etc. I have always loved teaching 2nd grade and being asked to move to another grade was not something that I was ready to do. I have taught at MPB for 8years and have truely loved each and everyday with all of the children.
