Welcome! Our school year is soon ready to get started. Our rules and routines will soon be in place, then it will be time to set the learning pace. I'm looking forward to an exciting and challenging year with special programs and interesting topics. The fourth grade recently got new interactive whiteboards in each class, so it will be quite a learning experience for all of us!
Several key reminders to encourage the students to achieve their full potential include:
* Nightly review of multiplication and division facts
* Daily use of reading comprehension strategies
* Continual support and praise to promote independence
I appreciate all of your efforts in advance and look forward to a successful and rewarding year. I can't wait to see you at Meet-the-Teacher Night in September, and Parent-Teacher Conferences in November!
