We are now in the fourth quarter, the last five weeks of the school year. The quarter closes on June 14, 2011.
There will be no homework. We are beginning a fun poetry unit for the last two weeks.
Our sixth grade Fun Day is scheduled to be Monday, June 20. The raindate is Tuesday, June 21. Please remember to use sunscreen, as we will be outdoors in the direct sun for a large portion of the day.
Wednesday, June 22, and Thursday, June 23, school will be dismissed at 12:40. Our sixth grade Awards Ceremony will be Thursday, June 23. That will be our last day of school, and report cards will be distributed that day.
Enjoy your summer!
