English 7 -- This week we will begin our unit on point of view. Our first story will be O. Henry's "After Twenty Years."
HW#1 -- Get your poetry unit test signed by your parent or guardian (due 5/7 for both classes).
HW#2 -- Practice the vocabulary words from "After Twenty Years" as you do p. 13 of the vocabulary sheet. (due 5/9 for 7-02 and 5/12 for 7-03)

English 8 -- This week, we'll continue our Holocaust Literature Circles and examine three poems on the topic of the Holocaust.
Ongoing HW -- Reading assignment for your literature circle and your assigned role sheet.
HW#1 -- "I Am..." poem from the perspective of Anne Frank. (due 5/9 for 8-02, 5/12 for 8-03 and 8-01).
