This will be my last Weekly Letter to you. It seems the year went by much too quickly. Your children have grown and learned so much. As they bring home all of their memories from the year you will be able to notice those changes. I hope you will read and cherish both their Memory Books and the Month to Month Me.
We are so happy that “Learning Celebrations” are over and we can now enjoy some exciting activities this week.
Thursday we will have our “End of the Year Breakfast”. It is a nice way to start our last day together. Thank you in advance to all who have offered to send things in for it.
As you head into the summer vacation please remember to set aside some time to have your child continue reading and writing. They could continue writing in their journal and just fifteen minutes of reading a day will help keep their minds fresh. I am sending some writing prompts that they could use in their journal.
I would like to thank all of you for all the help and support you have been this year. As I created their Memory Books it struck me how much parent involvement there has been. You helped make this a truly wonderful year for not only your children but also me. Thank you for sharing your children with me. I now send them back to you, hopefully wiser and more grown up. I shall miss them next year but I know they are ready to move on.
Have a wonderful summer !! Rest, play, and remember to read and write.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Debbie Sinclair
