We are at the end of Theme 2. The Theme 2 Test will be on Tuesday, Nov. 24th. In class we have been reviewing Theme 2 vocabulary from our notebooks and we have been reviewing the highlighted Theme 2 skills from our reading workbook. The Theme 2 skills were also sent home in Thursday's folder for you to use as a reference. Please review vocabulary and skills for Theme 2 with your child.
PHONICS:
Unit 1
The Unit 1 Test will be on Friday, Nov. 20th. Please review pgs. 7-22. We have been working on Consonants, Hard and Soft C and G. Pages 21-22 provide an excellent review for Friday's test.
SPELLING:
We will be having a Review Unit Test (Units 6-10) on Tuesday, Nov. 24th. Please review words from the spelling list with your child.
MATH:
Chapter 3:Subtraction
We will be ready for the Chapter 3 Subtraction Test on Wednesday, Dec. 2nd. Textbook page 128 is an excellent page to review when studying for the test.

All papers on the right side of the folder are to be signed and returned. Papers on the left side of the folder may stay at home.
