Just a 4GETMEKNOT:
Report Cards are coming home today.  Please review them before our scheduled conference time.

The Second Quarter project for Social Studies is being handed out today.  I have already reviewed what  needs to be done and how with both Social Studies classes.  A complete directions sheet is right on top.

This is a fun project where the children prepare a Travel Brochure for a state in the Northeast Region.  They may NOT research a state outside of this region.  Projects are to be relevant to current studies and we are now in the Northeast.  I have many reference books in the classroom and I will advise Mrs. Glitz of our project in case during Library time the children may want to pull out a resource on the state they select.  Tomorrow, they will turn in their
'committ cards' where they will tell me the state they selected for the project.  the projects are due
no later than December 11, 2009.  Students may begin
turning in their projects the week of December 7th but not before that, please.

Hope you all have a peaceful day!
