BASIC INFORMATION:
Images is a student-produced publication. This year's staff consists of 32 students: 9 editors, 4 student photographers, 23 staff members, and a business manager. Students work all year during 5th period and after school to complete the 320-page book as well as the spring supplement.

2008 YEARBOOK ORDERS
Yearbooks are ordered through Jostens at 1-800-953-5550 or www.jostens.com. Order forms will be mailed directly to each student's home address. Instructions for ordering the 2008 yearbook will be enclosed: yearbooks can be ordered via mail, fax, phone, or world wide web. Mailings have already started. If you haven't received one, please order online or stop in the main office to pick up a blank order form.
SENIOR PICTURE DATES HAVE EXPIRED FOR CLASS OF 2008.
SENIOR PICTURE INFO -- CLASS OF 2008:
MAKE-UP INFORMATION: Senior picture make-ups will be held on DATE in the high school auditorium from TIME. Appointments are necessary. If you do not have an appointment, please call 724.850.9422 as soon as possible.
Pictures will be taken by Interstate Studios from DATES in the PTHS auditorium. Students were issued letters indicating the date and time of their appointment in English classes prior to the end of the school year. Letters were also mailed to your homes.
If a senior cannot make his/her appointment: Call Interstate Studios at 724-850-9422 ASAP to schedule a more convenient time. Fees can also be discussed by calling Interstate for more information.
The P-T yearbook staff understands that you may prefer another photographer for your senior portrait package. We do, however, have a contract with Interstate Studios. Therefore, even if you plan to order pictures elsewhere, all seniors must have their yearbook portrait taken by Interstate. If they do not, they will not appear in the 2007 yearbook.
SENIOR AD INFORMATION:
Information will be mailed to senior parents in late September. Deadline Friday, November 2, 2007. Ads will be accepted on Monday, November 5 due to the unforeseen event on Friday the 2nd.

Frequently Asked Questions:
1. WHAT IF I AM WAITING FOR PICTURES? If you are still waiting on senior pictures for your child's senior ad, please send all required materials (contract, design sheet, font choice, payment) and enclose a note telling us you will send the senior picture ASAP. Once you receive it, have your child drop it off to me in Room 117 in a sealed envelope bearing his or her full name. If the ad is a surprise, please drop it off in the main office or mail it to my attention.
2. CAN YOU ENLARGE OR CROP PHOTOS? Yes, we have the capability to do so and often make decisions based on the design and aesthetic appeal of the ad. If you have specific desires, please include clear instructions.
3. WILL MY DIGITAL PHOTOS BE RETURNED? CDs with digital photos will not be returned. Original, hard copy photos will not be accepted.
4. WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE REGARDING THE SHARING OR SPLITTING OF AD SPACE? If you wish to purchase an ad for two or more students, you may do so and the participating parents may split the price. Keep in mind that this means they are SHARING the space. This is not permitted if you want your child on the same page as another child but you want separate ads. If they are separate ads, they must be paid for separately, and the full price applies.
5. ARE THERE COPYRIGHT RULES FOR SONG LYRICS, POEMS, OR SIMILAR COPY? Yes. You may only borrow up to FOUR lines of text from a song lyric, poem, or other published work. Any amount over and above four lines requires permission from the person holding the copyright.
SUMMER BUSINESS AD CAMPAIGN (CURRENTLY ENDED - WILL RESUME SUMMER OF 2008)
The 2007-08 staff is currently seeking local businesses to purchase an ad in the upcoming yearbook. Show your support to Penn-Trafford by buying an ad today!! If you would like to be contacted about an ad purchase, please e-mail me at matism@penntrafford.org, and I will send a yearbook representative to visit you with further info.

THE DEADLINE TO ORDER 2007 YEARBOOKS THROUGH JOSTENS TELEPHONE ORDERING SYSTEM HAS EXPIRED. YOU CAN, HOWEVER, STILL RESERVE ONE OF OUR "EXTRA" BOOKS BY GOING TO WWW.JOSTENS.COM. PAYMENT IS BY CREDIT CARD ONLY AND THE SITE WILL ONLY REMAIN OPEN FOR ORDERS UNTIL MAY 1, 2007 OR UNTIL ALL BOOKS ARE SOLD, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST.
