Track and Field Day was a huge success thanks to the help of our wonderful parents. A special thanks to the mothers who supervised the Kindergarten children during the day. That was not an easy job, but the children enjoyed having mothers with them.
This is our last week.
Reading
Review sight words. Our last two Popcorn number words are Nine and Ten. Please continue to work with your children over the summer. I will be sending home a list of short stories we have read this year. I will also be sending stories from their book boxes.
Math
We will continue to work with subtraction.
Religion
This week's theme is The Holy Spirit. We will attend Mass on Thursday.
Science & Social Studies
We will learn about bugs and outdoor life. We will learn bicycle and summer safety.
Reminders:
Thursday is the last full day of Kindergarten. On Friday, children need to report to our class at 9:15 and we be dismissed from school after our program.
The children will bring home three surprises for their parents. Please check their bags.
