*Sweater vests are not required to be worn until October. Our classroom is warm, and many of the children like to take the sweaters off, which is fine while they're in the classroom. I would like to remind all of you to label sweater vests with your child's name and homeroom. (This goes for the P.E. uniform sweats as well). It is very likely that these items will be lost forever without the owner's name on the tag!
*Boys are required to wear the button-down oxford shirts in fifth grade. Many of the boys have been wearing the cotton polo style. If you have any questions about the dress code, check the student/parent handbook or contact me.
*Homework will be posted on schoolnotes daily.
