If weather is doubtful, please be familiar with your school district's # and listen for announcements which may affect your transportation. If at any time, your child/ren's bus is late or a no-show, it is best for you to call the transportation # directly as they can radio the driver and find out what the problem is.

PROGRESS REPORTS will be in the Communication Envelope on Wednesday, October 15. Please review the report with your child/children. We ask for your signature and your child's signature after reviewing the report. Please BRING the report to the scheduled conference on Thursday evening or Friday.
CONFERENCES FOR GRADES 1-8: Please be on time and respectful of the schedule. If you feel you need more time with a teacher, please schedule another time. There is no school for students on Friday, Oct. 17th.

2. When you receive verification of the Criminal record Check please make a copy and attach to the Child Abuse History Clearance form with a $10 money order payable to "Department of Puablic Welfare" and mail to: Childline and Abuse Registry

It takes a total of 2 to 4 weeks to complete the process. When you receive the forms please send them to school ASAP so that we have your forms for the parish file.
3. Also required is attending the Safe Environment Program "Protecting God's Children" sponsored by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.

All are invited to attend the Annual Open House at St. Charles Borromeo Seminary on October 26th from 12:00-4:00 PM. Guests may tour the Seminary and join the Seminary community for Evening Prayer and Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament at 5 PM in the Chapel of St. Martin of Tours. This is the 55th year of this special event.
