7B We are beginning to read ActII of "Our Town". Students did a fabulous job performing Act I last week in class. For Catholic Schools Week I promised the kids that each day this week they will get to do a spelling/vocab activity or game. We will try to fit in some work on gerunds also.
8B We are finishing the novel "Flowers for Algernon" and will have the final test on Tuesday next week.
Gerunds grammar test is on Thursday this week and the Unit 7 Spelling test will be on Friday.
STUDENTS MUST DECIDE ON A FICTION OR NONFICTION BOOK OF THEIR CHOICE TO READ IN AND OUT OF CLASS FOR AN UPCOMING BOOK REPORT. BOOKS MUST BE APPROVED BY ME AND STUDENTS SHOULD HAVE THEIR BOOK NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY FEB. 8TH.
