REMINDERS/GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS:
-I will not be in school on Tuesday, Wednesday, or during the afternoon on Thursday this week. If you have any urgent concerns, please contact the main office. Otherwise, I will be checking my email periodically to forward a note to me.

LANGUAGE ARTS
-Reading: No new story this week...We have completed the Money Unit in our anthologies and will be reviewing the stories and vocab this week in class. A unit review sheet was sent home last week. May reading logs due June 2nd.
-Spelling: Worksheets are due on Fridays. Tests are given on Fridays.
-AR projects are due in class on June 2nd. Reminder: Students must pass the AR test with an 80% or higher. If you need another project sheet, please let me know. It's important to emphasize that they not wait until the last minute to begin!

SOCIAL STUDIES:
-Economics Unit Test on Friday!
-We will be starting our own lemonade stand during the last week of school. If you have a drink cooler, cash box, or volunteer time to donate, we would love to have your help!
-We are still collecting aluminum soda tabs for recycling which are donated to the Ronald McDonald House. Students may bring these in throughout the school year as a great way to help out in the community!
