It's hard to believe that we are already in the month of May.
FINAL EXAM SCHEDULE
6th and 7th grade Religion- May 21st
Math- May 27th
In class...
6A Religion- We will be having a test, next Wednesday May 14th. The test will cover topics discussed in Chapter 15.The final exam will cover topics discussed in chapters 10, 11, 12, 15, and 27. Also, we will start working on the Fully Alive book next week. If you have not return the parent consent form, please do so as soon as possible.
*** The test for chapter 15 has been changed to Friday, May 16th.
6B Religion- We will be having a test, Thursday May 8th. The test will cover topics discussed in Chapter 10. The final exam will cover topics discussed in chapters 8, 9, 10, and 27. Also, we will start working on the Fully Alive book next week. If you have not return the parent consent form, please do so as soon as possible.
7B Religion- We will be having a quiz on the Beatitudes on May 7th. On Wednesday, May 14th we will be having a quiz on the Ten Commandments. The final exam will cover topics discussed in 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12.Also, we will start working on the Fully Alive book next week. If you have not return the parent consent form, please do so as soon as possible.
6-2 Math- We will be participating in the Junior Achievement on June 4th. The students have learned many differnt things about our economy. Also, we will be learning how to write a check and balance a checkbook. This field trip will be fun!
7A Study Skills- The students are reading Old Yeller from their Literature Book. As they read each chapter, they are completing different activities.
Odds and Ends:
-May Procession is May 8th.
-There will be a dress down day on May 14th. The cost will be $1.00.
-Field day is May 15th. Students should wear gym uniforms.
-Each day in the month of May, a class is asked to bring flowers to place in front of the Blessed Mother statue outside, next to the church.The students in 6A are asked to bring flowers on May 15th.
- Field Trip to the Grotto at Mt. St. Mary's University on May 20th. Permission slips and money due by May 13th.
-The 6th grade will be going on a class trip to Old City Philadelphia. We will visit different historic sites. Information for trip will be going home next week.
