Students were given a packet titled "travel through Mexico"
The front page of this packet has all activities, directions and rubrics for completing those activities.
The following is broken down by page and assignment.
P. 2 Students will have to create a dialogue that is made up of phrases and not mere words.
p. 3 In this page, students write a phrase in Spanish
and translate the same pharase into English.
p. 4 Students will have to create a restaurant dialogue using the seven categories on the page. This dialogue will have to be present and assessed using the rubric below this same page.
p. 5 Friendly letter rubric
p. 6 directions and parts of a friendly letter.
p. 7 skeletal sample of a friendly letter.
p. 8 rough draft page for letter will have to be turned in with typed letter.
No late work will be accepted, unless the student was absent. The reason I will not accept any late work is because we worked in-class and students were taken to the computer lab to do the necessary research and to type the final draft.
Next week, we will be working on the restuarant dialogue and it will be presented that same week, and will be graded with the rubric at the bottom of the page.
