Science 1 students are working on a practicum for the scientific method. Students are to use the scientific method as they perform an experiment. Rubrics for this project have been handed out.
Three major rules
1 The experiment must be done in class
2 The experiment must have a measurable outcome.
3 Any supplies needed for the experiment not available in the science room must be brought in by the students.
This project will be presented via a power point presentation. The power point will be evaluated with the rubric. Presentations will begin on September 30th.

Science 3 is beginning a Unit on the History of Atomic Structure. This unit is reading intensive. We will have 1 lab over isotopes. Students will be researching a scientist that contributed to the developement of atomic theory.
