Science- "The Great Mixing Bowl" final exam 5/15/08 and final project 5/30/08
Social Studies- Maryland History chap.14-16 ("Maryland in the War of Independence", "Maryland in the War of 1812", "Maryland and the Westward Movement")*know and be able to label the 13 original colonies*
Health-"Family Life and Human Development" starts 5/19/08 Health book: chapter 1 lessons 2&3 (Alternate unit is chapter 4)
Parents- Please remember to send a note with your child the day that they return to school after being absent. It is required by the county so that I can give the make up work. Also, any assignments that were due or assigned while your child was absent must be turned in ASAP or it becomes a zero. Test/quizzes that were given are recorded as a zero in my grade book until they are completed and turned in. If they are not turned in by the end of the quarter, their grade is calculated with the zero. All homework, class work, and tests/quizzes are on their desks when they return to school from being absent.
