It is VERY important that your son/daughter attend class every day we are scheduled to meet. Excessive absences and/or tardies will result in a failing grade. Students MUST follow all school rules and policies which includes wearing his/her ID badge and being in the proper uniform on a daily basis. I also expect students to behave and speak in ways that are courteous and respectful to other people(staff and classmates) at all times.
The BEST way to contact me is via email and/or through SCHOOLNOTES. I will respond to you as soon as possible. Please make sure you include your child's NAME in the "REF" field since I will NOT respond to email that I do not recognize.
Your child is required to keep a SEPARATE NOTEBOOK for this class. Please check it on a regular basis to see how he/she is doing.
MicroGrade will be posted in my room approximately every 2 weeks. It is your child's responsibility to keep you informed as to his/her grade in this class.
We just started 2ND QUARTER. Progress Reports for this quarter will be out the end of November. 2nd QTR grades will be due December 21 (day before Winter Break).
