Welcome Back students for the 2008-2009 School year.
Chorus students:
we have lots of work to do this year. I want you to start working on your time signatures and start paracticing your vocal warm-ups at home. We did a wonderful job at festival last year, but this year is going to be even better.
General Music:
You will be able to learn lots of music history, theory, and piano. Come prepared and ready to learn.
Your work will be updated weekly if you have any problems feel free to email me and I will respond as soon as possible.

General Music:
we have been working on Time signatures in 3/4 and 4/4 time. Make sure each measure have the correct number of beats. Example if I am in 4/4 time I need to have 4 beats per- measure remember your note values. Whole= 4 beats, Half= 2 beats, quarter= 1 beat, and Eighth= 1/2 beat.

We have been working on pitches on the staff and time signatures. Make sure you practice your staff notes at home. work on your 3/4 and 4/4 time.
