Career Day was a wonderful opportunity for YBE students to experience a connection to the world of work. Many students were encouraged to think about a variety of careers. Our special guest speakers did a great job of sharing their love for their chosen career. The students were motivated to ask many questions to broaden their understanding of the careers presented. Teachers, students and speakers all thought the day was very productive. It was a super day of learning about the many aspects of the world of work.
Parents, there are many websites available online that might spark the interest of a student. Please take some time this summer to investigate careers with your children.
