Music Students- Have a wonderful summer! I am already planning for our next year school theme, "American Music/Composers."
Try to go to as many concerts as you can. The Bel Air Community Band will perform behind the Bel Air Library at the William A Humbert Amphitheatre on father's day!Check out their website for the time. Also, free concerts are usually announced in local papers, so check them out!
Band/Orchestra personnel- Keep a diary of how much you practice over the summer, and the student with the most time will receive a prize at the beginning of the school year! Have a parent/guardian sign that you did practice the amount of time you write down.
Enjoy your break no matter what you do, and see you August 31st!
