We are currently in full swing in Physical Education! Letters were sent home explaining our PE curriculum and the letter days your child has PE class. Please return these letters as soon as possible.
We have two Salisbury University students working with us on Wednesdays. They are Josh Scotten and Dustin Thomas.
2nd and 3rd graders are working on manipulatives and locomotor skills, while the 4th and 5th grade are developing their dribbling and kicking skills. The 4th and 5th graders will begin the Fitnessgram testing in early October.
Remember to make sure your child has tennis shoes that tie, velcro, or have elastic straps across for PE class. The shoes must cover the entire foot and be tightly secured. We appreciate your help in this area.
