The Physical Education department currently has two interns from SU. They are Mr. Schiattareggia and Miss Sabokta.They are teaching a striking team using short and long handled implements and bats.
On May 8, we will be celebrating National Physical Education Moth. We will be holding an ACES (All Children Exercising Simultaneously) event outside at 2:45. We are encouraging the entire school to exercise at the same time. Fifth grade volunteers will be leading classes in 15 of stretching and 15 minutes of walking. Parents and friends are welcome to join us.
Field Day will be held on Friday, May 29. We will be sending home an information letter and volunteer request in the coming week.This funfilled day last from 10-3:00
Thanks to everyone who helped to make our Jump Rope for Heart a success. We raised almost $12,000 for the American heart Association!!
