This year we will be studying the following: Physics - forces, motion and Newton's Laws, Earth Science- objects in the universe, the moon, and the causes of the seasons, Chemistry-atoms and how atoms combine, and Life Science - genetics.
Every student should have a science notebook. He or she should bring the notebook home each Thursday to prepare for the Friday quiz. There will be a quiz on most Friday's covering the material for the week and reviewing previously covered concepts.
Monday
April 21 All blocks study for physics quiz 2. Rocket projects were handed in today.
Science MSA tests will be next week.
Physics quiz 3 will be on May 1.
May 6- Block 1 and 5 Complete "Work it out" lab is homework.
May 9 All blocks- quiz on the work, simple machines and
all the material from the previous two quizzes.
Unit test May 15- All blocks
