The ICAA offers sports programs for the children of Immaculate Conception School, the Immaculate Conception Parish as well as children who live in the geographic territory of the Parish. Please contact the Wilmington Diocese Office for questions about eligibility.

ICAA FALL SPORTS REGISTRATION TIME:
Fall sports registration is now open and ends on August 16, 2013 or until teams are full.
Please sign up early. Note: When teams are full, children will go onto a waiting list in attempts to fill a second team. Assessments maybe necessary if there are conflicts with the number of teams that can be fielded.
Registration Process:
Go online to ICAA registration site at: www.iccparish.org/aaregform.php
Once you complete the registration process, continue to pay your registration fee online. If you are unable to pay your fee during the online registration process, please bring it to the first practice. In addition, there will be a $50 uniform deposit fee due prior to receiving a uniform. No uniforms will be distributed, without the deposit fee.
All athletes in CYM sports (Grades 4-8) must also register through the CYM website. To register go to this website: http://www.cdow.org/cymathletics.html. Print out the registration form and bring it to the first practice.
If you are interested in coaching Volleyball or Cross Country, please send an email to KLytle@wcsr.com for Volleyball and Jamie Moulthrop at jsmoulthrop@verizon.net as soon as possible. If we do not get any volunteers to coach, we may not be able to offer a particular sport. We are also looking for coaches for Intramural Soccer. If interested, please let us know.
Fall Sports include:
Volleyball - JV (Grades 4-6) and Varsity (Grades 7-8)
Soccer - Intramural (K-3 - practice to begin mid September), JV (Grades 4-6) and Varsity (Grades 7-8)
Cross Country (Grades 3-8)- We are in need of coaches

Volleyball Tryouts will be held on June 3rd, 4th, 5th (athletes must attend all 3 tryout dates) at the Elkton YMCA. JV Girls should attend from 6pm-7:30pm and Varsity Girls should attend from 7:30pm-9pm.

ICAA seasonal fundraising fee is $25 per athlete and is included in the registration fee. Each athlete will receive 5 raffle tickets that should be sold for $5 each. Raffle tickets will be pulled bi-monthly throughout your season with winners posted through the website. At the end of the season a grand prize ticket will be drawn, where 1 lucky winner will win a cash prize. The fundraising fee will be used to purchase new uniforms, equipment, rent gym space and supplies.
There is a $10 late fee for registrations received after August 16, 2013.

ICAA is currently looking for a few coaches to run the Intramural Cheerleading and Soccer Programs. If you are interested, please contact Melinda at melindadelia@msn.com
Cost for Intramural Programs is:
1 Athlete = $75
2 Athletes = $115
3 Athletes = $175

The price for Middle School Dances admission is $8 and Fun Nights are $6.
The ICAA will also sponsor four K-5th grade Fun Nights throughout next school year.
We need parent volunteers to help with all of these functions, including setting up, activities, collecting money at the door, selling snacks, chaperoning, cleaning up the cafeteria and gym after the events conclude.
Middle School Dances will be scheduled 4 times during next school years for students in grades 6, 7, 8 from 7pm-10pm in the ICS Gym! There are no dances held during Lent.
K-5 Fun Nights are held four times during the school year on a Friday. Times of these events depend on the grade your child is in:
K through 2nd -from 6pm-7:30pm
3rd through 5th - from 7:30pm-9:30pm
