The ICAA offers sports programs for the children of Immaculate Conception School, the Immaculate Conception Parish as well as children who live in the geographic territory of the Parish. Please contact the Wilmington Diocese Office for questions about eligibility.

ICAA SPRING SPORTS REGISTRATION TIME!
SPRING REGISTRATION BEGINS FOR BASEBALL (GRADES 6-8) AND
TRACK (GRADES 3-8) ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 1ST AND ENDS FRIDAY, MARCH 2, 2012!
Registration Process:
All athletes in CYM sports (Grades 3-8) must first register through the CYM website. To register go to this website: http://www.cdow.org/cymathletics.html. Print out the registration form and bring it to the first practice. Next, all athletes must go to the online ICAA registration site and register: www.iccparish.org/aaregform.php
Once you complete the registration process, continue to pay your registration fee online. If you are unable to pay your fee during the online registration process, please bring it to the first practice. In addition, there will be a $50 uniform deposit fee due prior to receiving a uniform. No uniforms will be distributed, without the deposit fee.
Currently, we are in need of a few Track and Baseball coaches. If you are interested, please send an email to melindadelia@msn.com before February 18, 2012. If we do not get enough athletes or coaches for a team, we will not be able to offer that sport.
There is a $10 late fee for registrations received after March 2, 2012.

Cost for Intramural Programs is:
1 Athlete = $70
2 Athletes = $100
3 Athletes = $130

We are curently recruiting coaches for the Spring 2012 season. We are in need of Track and Field Head and Assistant Coaches and Baseball Head and Assistant Coaches. The season begins on March 1st and ends late May. If we do not get enough coaches and athletes, we will not be able to have a team. The price for Middle School Dances admission is $8 and Fun Nights are $6.
2011-2012 Middle School Dance schedule is:
February 10th - NFL Theme
April 20th
May 18th
The ICAA will also sponsor three K-5th grade Fun Nights throughout the school year. Those dates are:
May 11th
It is mandatory that each family chaperone at least one Fun Night (K-5) and 2 dances (Middle School).
We need parent volunteers to help with all of these functions, including setting up, activities, collecting money at the door, selling snacks, chaperoning, cleaning up the cafeteria and gym after the events conclude.
Middle School Dances are held monthly on Fridays and are for students in grades 6, 7, 8 from 7pm-10pm in the ICS Gym! There are no dances held during Lent.
K-5 Fun Nights are held three times during the school year on a Friday. Times of these events depend on the grade your child is in:
K through 2nd -from 6pm-7:30pm
3rd through 5th - from 7:30pm-9:30pm

ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION MEETINGS ARE HELD THE 2ND TUESDAY OF EVERY MONTH FROM AUGUST - JUNE AT 7:00 P.M. IN THE PARISH OFFICE! ALL ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND! NEXT MEETING WILL BE HELD ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 14TH AT 6:30PM IN THE PARISH CENTER.
