The ICAA offers sports programs for the children of Immaculate Conception School, the Immaculate Conception Parish as well as children who live in the geographic territory of the Parish. Please keep in mind that this apparel is not a substitute for the regular gym uniform. This is extra apparel for your child to enjoy and show their school spirit!

The orders will be placed in phases. The first order deadline is November 20th. In time for Christmas. All orders placed from now until that time will be delivered the week of December 14th! Thank you for your support.

2009-2010 Sports fees
CYM Sports JV and Varisty
1 Athlete $75
2 Athletes $100
3+ Athletes $125
Winter sports registration is on it's way. The ICAA will be offering the following winter sports: Intramural Cheerleading, JV/Varisity Cheerleading, JV Girls Basketball, Varsity Girls Basketball, JV Boys Basketball, Varsity Boys Basketball.
All athletes in grades 4-8 must register online at http://www.cdow.org/cymathletics.html by Friday, November 13, 2009. After completing the online process, please print out a copy of the FINAL form and bring it and all fees to the Parish Center.

All Winter Registrations and fees for CYM (JV&Varsity) sports MUST be in to the Parish Center by November 13, 2009. All athletes must be registered and payment received before Practices begin the first week in November so that coaches may contact the athletes to inform them of practice times and locations. NO ATHLETE MAY ATTEND PRACTICE WITHOUT TURNING IN ALL FORMS AND FEES!

All athletes particpating in the intramural cheerleading program(Grades 1-3) must fill out this form http://www.iccparish.org/PDF/Form%20A%20release.pdf and return it with fees attention ICAA to the Parish Center.
Intramurral Cheerleading practice for children in grades 1st through 3rd grade started on Tuesday, October 13, 2009 from 2:30pm-4pm. Practice will be held every Tuesday during this time.
We are still looking for cheerleaders to join our squad. Please register prior to November 13, 2009 deadline. Please make sure your child has registered on the cym site and have turned in their $75 registration fee. You can drop off your registration fee Attention to the ICAA - Parish Office during Parish office hours. Practices will be held every Wednesday from 6:15pm-7:45pm in the ICS Gym starting on November 4th! If you have any questions, please email melindadelia@msn.com or call 302-836-2034. We are in need of coaches to assist this years Cheerleading squad. Please email Melinda DeLia if you are interested.

2009-2010 Middle School Dances are scheduled. The ICAA will also sponsor 3 Sock Hops for children in grades K-5th throughout the school year. We need parent volunteers to help with all of these functions, including setting up, activities, collecting money at the door, selling snacks, cleaning up the cafeteria and gym after the dances conclude. Please email melindadelia@msn.com if you are able to assist. Dances are held in the ICS Gym. Bring a canned good or friend and get a free drink. See below for dance information:
Middle School Dances - Grades 6, 7, 8
November 20th - 7pm-10pm
December 18th - 7pm-10pm
January 15th - 7pm-10pm
February 19th - 7pm-10pm
No dances in March due to Lent
April 16th - 7pm-10pm
May 14th - Grades 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th -7pm-10pm
Sock Hop Dances - Grades K-5 (please note the times, they are different depending on the grade your child is in):
The October 16th Halloween Dance was a success! The children had a wonderful time participating in activities and dancing around with their friends. If you can assist in donating a baked good or helping out in any way for the January dance, please contact Melinda at melindadelia@msn.com.
