Welcome to the Immaculate Conception Athletic Association  
Webpage. This page is designed to give you information about our sport programs.  

ICAA offers sport programs for the children of Immaculate Conception School, the Immaculate Conception Parish, as well as children who live in the geographic territory of the Parish. Please contact the Wilmington Diocese Office for questions about eligibility.
Join ICAA Running Club !

We are looking at starting an ICAA Running Club.  If we receive enough interest, we will begin the running club in the fall.

You don't have to run alone. Running or jogging with a group boosts everyone's enjoyment, safety, motivation and performance!

ICAA Running Club is  is open to all runners, or friends of runners, regardless of skill level or age.  Whether you are a seasoned runner or jogger we encourage you to participate! Whether you are training for your first 5k or 50th marathon, we can help you achieve better results. We are a social club and very supportive of all our members' running goals. Fall Registration for Volleyball has concluded.  Both JV and Varsity teams are full.

Soccer Registration is going on now until August 15, 2014 or until Teams are full.

We are in need of Soccer coaches.  If interested, please contact the coordinator listed below.

Once you complete the registration process, continue to pay your registration fee online.   If you are unable to pay your fee during the online registration process, please bring it to the first practice.  In addition, there will be a $50 uniform deposit fee due prior to receiving a uniform.  No uniforms will be distributed, without the deposit fee.  

All athletes in CYM sports (Grades 4-8) must also register through the CYM website.  To register go to this website:  Print out the registration form and bring it to the first practice.

Parishioner Rates in Grades 3-8:
1 Athlete = $120
2 Athletes = $190
3+ Athletes = $260

Non-Parishioner in Grades 3-8: -

2 Athletes = $200
3 Athletes = $270

The Immaculate Conception Athletic Association is happy to offer you a way to order Immaculate Conception Hawks apparel.  ICAA partnered with Al’s Sporting Goods.  Al’s Sporting Goods will offer several different types of apparel that you can purchase with the Immaculate Conception Hawks logo on it throughout different times of the year.  The best part is that a portion of the sale will go back to the Athletic Association.  The process to place an order is simple.  Follow these steps below:

•Visit our athletic store at

•Click on the Go Tab next to Immaculate Conception Sports.

•View items and select the items you would like to purchase by clicking on Check it Out.  Select the size, quantity and color (when applicable).  Note:  If you would like to order a size different than what is listed on the site, please contact Ed Knapper directly at 302-655-1511 #2.
•Click Add to Cart.  Click OK on Upload Received message box.

•When finished shopping, click Check Out on Upload Received message box.  Continue to follow prompts on screen.
*Payment is made online through PayPal.  (Please have your credit card ready).  The shipping is already included in the price.  If you don’t have a PayPal account, click on Sign up and set up an account.
•The apparel will be delivered to a board member.  The board member will either bring the apparel to a practice, or give the apparel to the coach to distribute.  Once the order is placed, it will take approximately 2 weeks to receive your apparel.

Please remember that this apparel is not a substitute for the regular gym uniform.  ICAA apparel is perfect for showing your Hawk spirit at a sporting event or while hanging with friends!  If you have any questions, please contact Melinda DeLia at or 302-584-7630.

The ICAA Social Committee wants you to join us for our 1st Annual Family Hayride at Milburn Orchards!  Because we have to book and pay for the wagons in advance, all registrations must be in by 9/1/14.  To register, please send an email to before 9/1/14.  Registration is required!  Cost is $10 per person which covers the hayride, s’mores, drinks, and glow sticks.  

Please feel free to bring a blanket and flashlight!

Please bring payment to hayride.  Cash preferred, but will accept check made out to ICAA.
The price for Middle School Social Event admission is $8 and Pre-K-5th Grade Social Event are $8.  

We will have one social event for children in grades Pre-K through 5th Grade to attend.

Please check back later in August for specific dates/times/locations for Social Events.  The Social Committee is also looking at offering 2 family social events this upcoming school year.  In order to hold these events,  we need parent volunteers to help with all of these functions, including setting up, activities, collecting money at the door, selling snacks, chaperoning, cleaning up the gym after the events conclude. For 2014-2015, if we do not get the minimum volunteers we will not be able to offer these events.
