Current Events!!  The first current event assignment was due today.  If your child did not bring it in, please have him or her complete it tonight. A second assignment is due next Monday.

Dear Fourth Grade Students and Parents,
I can't believe it is already November!! Conference time is here and so is the end of the marking period.
At this point in the year, fourth grade students should be adhering to the standards that we have been reinforcing since the start of school: work should be neat and legible, in cursive, in pen (except for math),answers in complete sentences with appropriate spelling and punctuation. Also, assignments should be completed in a timely fashion.

Going over the classwork in the evening is a great way for your children to review and retain the daily work, so I encourage you to remind your children to bring Science and Social Studies texts home every other day in order to review the material with your child. In addition, Science and Social Studies vocabulary cards are in the take home folders  so that the words can also be reviewed, but please make sure that the cards return to school.

BOOK IT went home and will be due Nov. 30.

I have seen so much growth in your children.  Almost every day someone pays them a compliment for behaviors, for kindness, for their work, or for manners.! I am so proud of them!

Please contact me through school notes if you have any questions and I will answer as quickly as possible.
