This year has gone by speedily for me and I’m sure for you also. I am writing this letter to let you know it has been a pleasure working with and getting to know all of you. I have enjoyed my time each day being with this wonderful class of energetic, bright, and kind students. I am going to miss all of you. I look forward to seeing you in late August to find out how much you’ve grown over the summer. What a privilege and wonder it was for me to watch you all grow and mature this year! I see great things ahead for all of you and remember God loves YOU!
Parents… I would like to thank you for all your support in making this a fun and memorable school year. It always amazes me how much skill information and knowledge we cover in a relatively short period of time, but we accomplished this and more because of your help. It has been my delight to work with each child because each one touches a teacher’s heart in a special way and I thank you for that opportunity. I would especially like to thank Flavia Sampaio for stepping in for Lourdes Ledesma at a very emotional time for all of us, and doing a magnificent job as our class room parent, along with her incredible assistant, Daniela Shumate, who could provide the wisdom, calm, and expertise, since she has been through the fourth grade year’s activities twice before. We are indebted to both of these talented ladies for their time and talent in making so much possible for the class. Our hats are off to you!
Please accept my sincere gratitude for all the lovely notes, cards, and gifts I have received throughout this school year. Your kindness and generosity is appreciated.
My best prayers and wishes for a happy, safe, and restful summer with God’s many blessings!
Love,
Mrs. Ault
P.S. Please don't forget going to confession and Sunday Mass during the summer. Remember too your teachers and our friend Natalie and her family when you are saying your prayers!
