-THURSDAY, APRIL 17TH will be “Books for Breakfast” here at school. If your child eats breakfast, she/he will receive a free book!
-FRIDAY, APRIL 25TH is an early dismissal day at 1:00 p.m.!!!
Happy Birthday to Abby – April 14 and Romy – April 17!
Volunteers, remember there will be no center s until next week - April 21 – 25!
Parents, you should have already sent back the brown envelope your child’s report card was sent home in. Do not send back the report card itself though!
Also, don’t forget to send your child in sneakers on their physical education days. They shouldn’t wear their new spring sandals on P.E. days!
Learning Lines
-Our alphabet focus so far has been: Aa, Bb, Cc, Ee, Ff, Gg, Ii, Kk, Ll, Mm, Nn, Oo, Pp, Qq, Ss, Tt, Vv, Ww, Xx, and Zz. The current letter is underlined.
-This week, during Kindergarten visitation, we will doing activities that go along with the wonderful books written and illustrated by Eric Carle. The books we will be reading are The Very Quiet Cricket, The Very Hungry Caterpillar, The Very Lonely Firefly, and The Grouchy Ladybug.
-We are also practicing skip counting in math as well as counting by fives and tens.
