Constitutional Scrapbook

Class time will be allotted each day to work on the scrapbook as long as this time is used productively.  If not, then no class time will be used to work on the scrapbook.

The Constitutional Scrapbook will compute to 25%  of your grade each six weeks,

When the scrapbook is completed, weekly grades will be compiled into one final grade worth 100 points. This will be part of the last six weeks grade on the scrapbook.

Bonus points (up to five points) will be given for neatness and creativity on the final grade.

Grade received on each check will be final.  No make ups.

If you are absent on the day scrapbooks are due, it is due the first day you return to class.

Keep grade sheet in secure location in notebook -  in a sleeve.

Articles are to be complete, trimmed neatly, and glued on a sheet of paper that has been properly formatted.

Write date and source of articles on page which article is glued . You can use the date from the newspaper.

When turning in scrapbook to be graded, place items to be graded in proper sequence in front of scrapbook along with your grade sheet.

Note:  no credit will be given if articles are not in proper sequence, highlighted, properly formatted, and neat.

On the first check, scissors and/or storage pack are optional (bonus point if you have them).  Also, title page with the preamble on a scroll, in a frame, etc. is worth two points.

Give date and source of  the article.  Example -  Feb. 10, 2007
