Welcome to Life Science 7. Life Science is the study of living things. This year we will be studying animals, plants, biomes, and the human body.

Today,Thursday,May 28,we reviewed for the upcoming quiz and test. We also worked on questions for Ch. 17 Sec 1. These will be due tomorrow for a homework grade. The students received the Chapter 17 study guide and concept map on Tuesday, May 26. The Ch. 17 concept map quiz will be on Monday, June 1. A quiz for all of Ch. 17 will be on Tuesday, June 2 and the Chapter 17 test will be on Wednesday, June 3.
Please encourage your child to study their study guides and concept maps each night. It is quite apparent that many of them have stopped doing this and I am beginning to see grades drop.
Each night I would like for your child to study their science notes for 10 to 15 minutes. That will help them during class when we have discussions and will better prepare them for the upcoming quizzes and tests.
