I have been pleased to see the growth that is taking place in each child. Running Records (reading assessments) have shown that the children are acquiring language and literacy skills rapidly! How exciting! Your child brought home a food log from our presentation about nutrition by Virginia Tech students. Please help your child fill it out each morning, sign it, and return it on Wednesday, April 16. The class who fills their logs out and returns them will receive a special treat.
The end of the 5th 6 weeks is next week. I will assess the students in the coming week and report cards will come home soon.
