Welcome! You will find information regarding the units of study in my seventh grade English classes.  My goal is to help students become confident and proficient readers and writers. Don't forget to add your name and email address to the "Notify" list so that you will receive an email every time I update Schoolnotes.  Often times, daily assignments aren't posted because I list assignments on the agenda board in class; students are responsible for writing assignments in their agenda books daily.

We now have school on Monday, February 15th. It is a snow make-up day.

Report cards for the third marking period will go home on Monday, February 15th.

4th - 6th periods have taken the root word quiz.
2nd - 3rd periods will take the quiz the next day we are back at school.

The quiz was worth 26 points. Due to all the snow days, students are allowed to retake the root word quiz.  I will average the two quizzes together for a final grade.  Some students will definitely want to retake the quiz.

If students want to retake the quiz, they will have to stay after school to do so. This offer is only good for this week.
