Students will watch the Human Sexuality videos and participate in class discussion on these issues Tuesday and Thursday afternoons at 2 pm.
The final book order for the school year is due Monday.
DARE Day is scheduled for Friday, May 16th.
Parents may purchase a composite picture of the class for $10.00. Pictures are 8 x 10 and are in full color. Your child's photo is in a larger oval to the side and smaller ovals of their classmates are on the other side. If you will remember, these were offered last year. A sample is posted outside the room.
We are trying to wrap up the state report project for this year. There are a couple of things that I need to show students for creating the map key, and we have not been able to get into the computer lab. Hopefully, we can go to the lab some time next week, so I can give them a mini-lesson. For this reason, I am once again moving the final due date up to Friday, May 16th. Currently, students are being given time in class to work on their state flags. Please remind your child that they must include a title page, a table of contents and a bibliography (Although I did give them a model with lots of samples, hopefully they will get another lesson on this during Library Monday).
